pictures updated weekly..
wow! very nice.
I really like the sap wood on the headstock!
LOVE that headstock! Cool logo. Is that an inlay?
no tZer, it's 0.05 mm gold ...
thanks for the head...
I'm waiting for the pickups that must come on Monday or Tuesday.. the back plate, trussrod plate, selector are mounted this afternon... end of construction comes this week, normally...
tuesday, the pickups are arrived!!!!
What kind of pickups have you chosen???
very nice work, great looking designs on the website. J'aime bien, surtout le modele Pantera!
The pickups are aero pickups, E serie, dual coil custom PHC "parallel hum-canceling" ...
it's like I've got 4 pickups...
merci pour le compliment joeyl !
Have you any informations about this pickups?
well.. those aero pickups E serie, dual coil custom PHC "parallel hum-canceling"
That's two independent coils that can be wired in parallel to hum cancel, or each coil can be used independently as a single coil pickup. These pickups have four leads, two per bobbin. If the pickups are purchases as a neck/bridge set, then the neck most coil of the neck pickup, and the bridge most coil of the bridge pickup can be used as a hum cancelling pair in the same way as two single coil pickups in a J Bass.
Well, I've just finished the bass...
and took photos....
for those who are interested, I'm actually building a "pantera" deluxe five string one with the same wood for the table.
photos will come...
Nice work, I see you make cabs as well. Very cool.
Sorry, body shape doesn't do anything for me. Neither does the lone E string tree, which looks like an afterthought, and the huge headstock tells me this neck-dives like a *****.
And, are you a commercial user or not? Because you seem to want to take on different roles, pointing out Ebay ads by the same company you seem to be shrilling for.
The bass looks awesome, especially the upper and lower horn designs.
But... how does it play?
