One hour ago I bagged a 16" ponytail, feels like I have lost 10 pounds off my head. A few folks will not go hairless after today. But sure feels weird.

    I been everywhere, man...
    None. At all.
Thus ends the hirsute portion of the "long haired guy in scrubs" saga.

You know the rules, if you cut off body parts, we need to have pics of them to verify the amputation!

My long hair chop job was over ten years ago.

My head felt light but wierder things happened:

    - Cops would give me the benefit of the doubt
    - Salesmen took me seriously
    - Women took me seriously
    - I got calls back from job interviews
    - Strangers were polite to me
    - Little kids stopped staring at me

The hair was fun, but the chop job still had it's advantages.

Oooo, that must be a difficult decision to make. Hope you like your new style, it will probably take some getting used to.

I've badly wanted long hair on and off, but it's way too late now. Wouldn't look too good with the widow's peak. :p

  14. Why do you want to know about my ass? :ninja: :smug:
  15. Now all your strength is gone, Dr.Samson!

So, was it one of the trendy "cosmetic amputations", an accident, or did you donate the body part to some good use? ;)

It sure feels weird, probably save alot of time in the morning though, no more ponytails or braiding. I will get someone to help me with the pics deal, best I could do is stick them to the monitor and hope osmosis would take it.

Tony- This was a planned deal, a foundation called "Locks of Love" takes donated hair and makes wigs for cancer patients and those that have alopecia abnormally. This is the third time for me. A representative from the Duke Childrens Hospital was on television stating that natural hair donors were in very short supply. So I felt like I had to help out.

Just a recycled haircut, nothing more. If it helps someone get through the day easier, morthe better.
