chord changes to "lazybird"

    whats up bassists,
    can someone confirm the 1st bridge being Ab-7b5 to Db7b9
    trying to transcribe pc bass lines to this from the "bluetrain"
    cd and the notes i am hearing are not working over these
    changes. thanks in advance

    jweiss has got it.

    On transcribing PC... It can get tough depending on where your ears are at.

    I actually did better transcribing modern recordings of bass players for a while, then going back and checking out the PC stuff. A lot of those recordings are tough to transcribe because the bass sound is lots of low end...often they're more felt than heard.

    Other tricks are to use software with EQ to take out lots of mids, slow it down, or raise the track up an octave. Sometimes all of the above. It won't always sound good, but if it gets you to hear whats going on, its worth the trouble.
