Does anyone have any pictures of Christian Olde Wolbers Fender Custom Shop 5 string bass. It's the black one with one pickup and black blocks and binding?

So far, this is the only picture I've been able to find:

That bass looks HUGE in the picture inside the Ampeg catalog I have.

    Love those block inlays!!!

  5. I swear iirc, that that looked like a black Roscoe Beck w/ maple fretboard and black blocks.

So yeah, it's a custom, but not THAT far off from a production model.

  6. It looks like if a Geddy sig ****ed an RB5.
    Definately looks cool.

One of the older BP mags had some pics/info of it & an interview with him. If I could find the issue(date), I'll post it for ya...

Thank you my good man, always interesting to see where people can be heard, I'd not have expected to hear Cypress Hill in his list of credits. Sweet.

It's definately a Roscoe Beck -with a CS neck i'd guess- I remember reading an interview where he was talking about it in some magazine.

He is no longer the bass player. After Dino left the band he took over guitar. Fear Factory is much better IMO

i agree whole heartedly, hopefully Byron Stroud can bring something to the band as the new bassist.

anyway its a custom shop fender bass, more detail on his bass rig for Fear Factory can be found on their website.

looked on their website. I must of missed it.

It's not a simple Roscoe Beck 5 because it has one pickup and one volume. :) Well, acutally, it's a simlified RB5 with awesome blocks/binding. :D

Yeah, that wouldn't seem real high (pun definitely not intended) on the probability scale, would it? ...

    Glad to be of help,

    Take care,
