Has anyone used the DI from their clarus for recording? Just curious how it would sound for this.

Mine is one without the ground-lift, and it's been very noisy every time I've ever connected anything to that XLR (affects the speaker output and the DI output).

I recall from somewhere that the Clarus DI output is controlled by the master volume ("be careful not to send a too hot signal to the grumpy soundguy").

For some reason, I find this hard to believe. Then it would be impossible to use it as amp for stage and PA input at one and the same time...

    Is that true???
