I found clubs for squier classic vibe strats and teles:

I was hoping to do something similar for the CV Basses. So, if you have one, post your S/N's, whether it's a 50's or 60's p-bass or if it's a jazz bass, and maybe a picture here! I'll keep track of numbers in this post and edit as necessary.

    1. ScarletKnight71 - CGS080101413 - 60's p-bass
    2. wildhorse - 60's jazz
    3. lowstrung - CGRJ080003048 - 60's p-bass
    4. El jefe - 50's p-bass

I like the feel of the neck and the intonation is right on...The color still has not grown on me. It was the same color of my first Fender 50's P. I am considering a few things...Hope it won't be too expensive :meh:
I will be changing the tuning keys, possibly the bridge, Bassline P/U or 62P P/U and thinking of painting it Olympic White, Black or Shoreline Gold with different pickguards.

Just curious but why change the tuners. My Jazz stays in perfect tune through 2 2 hrs sets each night.

Strange... could you be doing a lot of slapping. I don't.
Just wonder. Of course hey spending money on our addiction is always a good thing.

Iwill take a number too.. I just purchased a classic vibe precision '60's.. s/n CGRJ080003048.Being a MIA jazz bass for 17 years its the second bass I owned from then.
Yesterday I played with a blues band for 2 hours and tune was perfect.
I think the -stay in tune- issue has to deal with the bad string wounding on the keys.

I'm wanting a P bass pretty bad and been thinking about one of these. Local GC has no plans to get one and wants me to order, but ain't gonna do it.

I'll just have to keep my eyes open and wallet ready.

    I've added wildhorse and lowstrung.

Just to reiterate, this club is open to CV jazz basses as well now. I just don't know how to edit the original title.

I don't do tapping. I play a lot of Classic Rock.

I adjusted the neck a little as the weather has been strange here in CT, not really warm, very damp Spring so far.:bawl: We will see what happens. I have been playing this bass a lot, so maybe the strings just need to be broken in...more...any rate, I am still going to paint her.
