I had two beautiful Clement Kim 5-string basses made and recently decided I don't need to keep them both so this one is looking for a new home. Here is the spec:

19-34-5 Kim Limba body with 2-21-15 Quilt Maple top
5 piece Flame Maple and Bubinga neck with Fretted Mac Ebony board
Nordstrand 3b 4a preamp with active/passive tone and 500/800 Hz switchable mids
3 Nordstrand Big Split Pickups with individual volumes for neck and mid/bridge
2 switches for mid/bridge pickups allow selection of either pickup or series/parallel
Lumina side dots, Hipshot angled tuners and A-Style bridge, Protech case
34" Scale, String spacing 19mm at bridge, Nut width 1-7/8", 11.0 lbs

The bass is in excellent shape and comes with a lightly used set of DR Pure Blues. I really like the zero-fret neck with 5-bolt pattern which provides a firm attachment to keep the B-string tight. The depth, sustain, clarity, and overtones on this bass are exceptional. The Mac Ebony board is 1/4" thick and the flame and quilt patterns really pop in good lighting. It balances well with no neck dive and has a 2-1/2" wide foam padded comfort strap.

Price includes shipping CONUS, but I will prefer and discount for a local Houston area sale. Reasonable offers considered.

That's really stunning. Can't imagine what the one you're keeping must look like!

Gorgeous bass and I usually don't like Clements aesthetically. GLWTS. If my herd wasn't already complete, I'd be tempted.

Thanks, Tom used some really nice woods. No trade interests at this time, just looking for a sale.
