THREAD CLOSED! SHE LOOKS TO PRETTY NEXT TO MY NEW CB BASS AND THEY BOTH KILL!
This bass is simply the most beautiful piece I have ever owned and I have owned them all. I have decided to liquidate my collection of basses that I am too afraid to take outside the house. The woods look better in person and the playability and tone are perfect in my opinion. The specs and pics our courtesy of www.cbbasses.com, Cliff Bordwell's site. The only thing different from the original specs is the pickups are Aero single coils changed by Cliff himself for a previous owner. Email for more pictures or find them on Cliff's site.
$2000 shipped. No trades what so ever.

I hear ya! If this thing doesn't move this weekend I'll keep it hanging on the wall and break it out for an occasional funk session!

Wow, gorgeous bass. Can you send more pics? Never played a CB bass. Have owned/played Sadowsky, Spector, Ken Smith, Nordy, & Keith Roscoe. Any similarities to any of these basses? Thanks

CB basses have a wonderful rep from people that own them. Bump for a fantastic looking bass.

I have owned probably close to 100 basses, Cliff's basses are some of the best around. This piece is so insanely nice I can't bring myself to play it out! I should really keep it hanging on my wall, but I just picked up another one of Cliff's basses that doesn't have the near the detailed woods or craftmanship and it is even lighter! You can't get any more detailed pics than the ones of Cliff's site! I believe it is the 7th bass on the featured basses link
