    Howdy!

After making a surprisingly functional (all pine) mockup/prototype, I have now begun the process of sourcing wood and tools for my first build.

I have come across a couple of boards, but I have no idea what wood they might be. My best guess is teak. Anyone here that can help me out? Based on the size of the boards, I'll most likely be using them for a neck.

Here's a couple of pictures of my prototype. Mind you I made a lot of mistakes, and I'll be purchasing hardware and new tools for my first proper build;) The design will also be altered.

  2. Looks like teak or olive wood to me.
