    Who makes a coil cable w. dual right angles?
    I can't seem to find one.

    There are a few cable builders that I've seen mentioned here, Bayou Cables comes to mind. He'll build a cable to your specs. There's others as well which can probably be found in past cable threads.

    Who made the coil cables in the 60’s and 70’s? (I’m sure I could google this but...)
