    Hey,

Heres a question that is probably asked many times. I have a Fender Rumble 60 watt amp and I'm thinking about getting a cab and I want to know if I could link them up and use the Combo as a head? Would this work out well? If so, would I need a Fender cab or any kind of bass cab? Lol, sorry for the noobie question, I'm kinda new to bass amp equipment.

    Thanks a lot,

    Medicine.

Your Fender rumble amp is only 60 watts and I don't think it comes with an external jack. Even if it did another cab attached would not make it any louder. I use a combo and a cab together but my combo is 540 watts (380 watts alone) and 540 together with the extention cab. I would suggest you upgard your equipment and look at what you need in the gear dept as far as loudness, size and portability with you ability to transport your equipment all taken into account.
