My ex-wife got her undergrad in Psychology and her PsyD. I was well immersed in your field for many years of my life, and I'm quite familiar with how the process works. Most practitioners in your field (actually, those with significantly higher education and training that you have received), do not count undergrad or associate internships and training as "experience." It's usually considered more of the education process, not actual, effective experience in the field. It's just a bit of a stretch, especially when it's clear that you are not aware of the ethical boundaries in your job.
