I can't find this spec anywhere. On a Conklin GT-7, what is the distance between strings at the nut and at the bridge?

    ok i just measured mine,

    Bridge: 19MM
    Nut: 10MM

  4. 19mm on Groove Tools? No way. Recalibrate your tape measure & check again.

  6. C'mon! I already want one, I just know that the tight spacing is more than my clumsy mitts can handle. Don't add beans to my GAS!

Sorry, cannot help you. My GT-7 isn't very tight at all. It feels just as comfortable (and possibly a tad wider) than my 6-string Cirrus. I haven't got a caliper so I cannot measure it, though... sorry.

    But GAS on. :D :D

BTW, they say the GTBD-7 (Dickens Signature model with neck-through) is slightly tighter than the GT-7 (standard bolt-on).
