Asking $4000 incl. mainland US shipping.

Some of you may have seen this bass listed by Al Caldwell a few months ago. Used 9-strings are scarce, so after waiting several years for one I jumped on it without ever having played a hollowbody. I have since determined that while the extended range is an experience without parallel, the Sidewinder body is a little large for me.

I would love to keep the bass if it doesn't sell, but I thought I'd offer it up to TB'ers in case anyone out there loves the hollowbodies (mark beem, I'm lookin' at you!).

Owned for less than two months, so no more noticeable wear than when received. Comes with double gig bag -- yes, the body is thick, but it only weighs 12 lbs.
