NS4CRFMs are amazing basses for the money, and if it's in good condition i vote for it.

I chose the Spector. I like the PJ setup and the quality of the Euro Spectors.

Two radically different beasts. Have you played either?

I currently own 2 Spectors... never played a WW...but certainly DO love the idea of the $$ pup configuration that splits into single coils if need be...

BUT... the Spector is a custom transistional model....PJ pup config which I already own.........

They're radically different instruments. If you already own an NS I'd say the Warwick, but definitely try before you buy.

I love my Corvette $$. If you already own a similar bass to the spector I would go with the Wick.

+1 for the wick too... a 2008 $$ corvette, made in germany... mmmhhhh... slurp... lol

But I recommend you to try both if you can :
I've tried many models of spectors and warwicks at the store I bought my warwick corvette bubinga, active, with a slim neck...
I prefered "a lot" the sound I got from the warwicks I tried, but the neck thickness can vary a lot on the warwick basses (years, model, ...), from "pretty heavy baseball bat" to "slim fender jazz" neck... Some necks can be harder to play for someone with small hands, Spector were more all the same...

    both great quality basses !!
