  1. any of you guys play your bass through headphones or battery powered amps?

If so, what brand, I really wanna know, cuz I attempted to play my bass through a pedal and then tried to hear it w\ headphones(the CD player ones!!!)

  2. I very much like the <a href="http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid=030814123816209191002030131127/g=home/search/detail/base_id/77275">Pandora PX4B</a> by Korg. Here are a couple reviews from Harmony-Central. <a href="http://namm.harmony-central.com/SNAMM02/Content/Korg/PR/PX4B.html">First</a> <a href="http://www.harmony-central.com/Effects/Data/Korg/PX_4B_Pandora-01.html">Second</a>.

I like it because I can play around with it, use it as a pre-amp or as a headphone amp. It has a built in tuner, metronome, drum machine (with 100 or so tracks), can do a 15-20 second replay loop and has a bundle of effects and cab/amp models.

*shrug* and it's very small and portable.

  3. I could use one of those Digitech bp50 thingys, it has a drum machine in there, plus, a bunch of effects.

  4. thanks guys, it was pretty much hell no being able to amp it up at ALL!!!

I just wanna be prepared for if\when this crazy blackout happens again, especially pertaining to playing bass.........I have an acoustic guitar, but it's just not the same!
