"Controlled" amp feedback

How do you obtain a "controlled" amp feedback which you can use in a musical way?
    Some examples:

    (minute 10:00)

    (from minute 1:12)

I already have a Fuzzrocious Cat King with momentary feedback but I'm very unsatisfied of it (for multiple reasons), and it was the less "terrible sounding" feedback-capable pedal among the many I have considered.
So I'm done with feedback pedals
I want to learn to achieve control over natural feedback, know how to "tame" it.
I'm not sure it's possible but I see in videos that Bongripper guitarist makes those feedbacks through the amp when he plays live. Not as precise as on the record but still very controlled.
Tell me the esoteric techniques for this magic!!

Turn up your amp until you get feedback while facing it, but not while facing away from it.
Now you can control it by where you stand. It isn't rocket surgery.
