cool gadget

  1. i saw this on the bay and thought of all of you that play active basses
    but is it really nessicary cant you hear when the battery is goin??

    In some basses yes you can hear, in some basses, no it just shuts down. I dont tihnk its worth it to install that thing though, just stay ontop of your battery life. You can test 9volts by putting both things on your tongue, i dont suggest it if you are freaked out by eelctricity or any discomfort in general,but you can tell how much life the 9 volt has by how strong the charge is on your tongue.

    Yes, im 1% an idiot for doing this,but w/e, lots of you have done it, no denying.

  7. I have a 9v on my tounge right now! mmmmm. :D

    Cool little gadget, but if you are playing regularly just change your battery on a weekly\monthly schedule and you should be fine.

    Always keep an extra in your gig bag or case. If you forget and your bass craps out, put it in passive.
