Damn you and your sparkles!! Seriously, those are some VERY hot basses! I remember that orange Sadowsky stealing the room at the NYC GTG, but that Pensa is just as incredible!

    Thanks Vic!

BTW, regarding the basses and the soundclips, the red sadowsky has humcanceling pickups, the orange sadowsky has single-coil pickups.

Besides that, A LOT of the difference in sound is due to the different strings! The red one has DR Marcus Miller, the orange has sadowsky blue label. The Pensa has d'addario XL.

    Thanks De!

I need to take some pics with daylight instead of a flash. The colors are a little bit off with the flash in these pictures.

    Hi Tim,
I sold that Modulus a long time ago... Awesome looking bass, but I couldn't get used to the graphite neck.

Thanks for these awesome pictures. Now I can see the difference in depth between "candy" and "metallic"(or is that "metal flakes"?) paintjobs.
Although the metallic looks shinier, I'm digging that deeper candy color more. The red one's candy also, right? Wonder why it doesn't have the shade change like the orange...

Who does the paintjobs for Sadowsky, again? Wonder how they do the awesome orange. Pearls, maybe?

Also, thanks for the soundclips.
I remember Roger saying he prefers single coils, and I now I can see why. They sound much fatter and growlier.
