  3. I've never cared for the Conklin body shape or headstock, but that one looks pretty good. I imagine that they're very comfortable to play.

Yes, they are. The balance is right on which increases the comfort level.. Even JT's double neck was very comfy... once I got it on!! :D

I once had impure thoughts. Oh, and I pluck my ear hair.
Nice, but I still say the nicest one I've seen is the semi-hollowbody that was for sale on these forums a couple of months ago.

    Wasn't that yours, Prog?

    You mean this one?

If so then yeah, that one's mine. :) But it's a totally hollow, not semi.

Can't wait for my new hollowbody to get finished!! :hyper:

  9. whoa! someone actually hit my website!

that 5 was one of my favorite things about the NAMM show a couple of years ago. it was made of dragonwood, so it was frighteningly light and got an amazing sound. combine that with its playability and you had a lethal beast!

Hey that looks like Mark from Accugroove back there. Super nice guy. :)

I really like the looks of that fiver. I just wish more Conklins had the matching headstocks. :meh:

I know that it can be done I just wish they ALL had them. I really like Bill's basses.

  13. that is Mark. the pic was taken at winter NAMM 2003 at the Conklin/AccuGroove booth.
