Just wondering if anybody else here owns a Cote Continuum (the Cote JB clone). Its the best playing JB I've ever played, but I've never heard anybody else mention them.

Judging by the goose egg, I guess not. If anybody happens to come across one check it out. They're great instruments.

  3. That is one sweet looking Jazz bass! I've never heard of them before. Are they a European company?

Charles Cote was building in Florida for a while. I don't think he's in business anymore though.

Yeah, Charles was a good luthier and a marginal businessman. He was probably best known for his R4 and R5 models. I had an R5 for a while, but unloaded it for an Elrick. That Continuum was one of the last basses he made before calling it quits.
