got my neck in today, I was not expecting much for 90$ well I dint get much. I noticed after getting it all set up that you could see light throu the space between the fretboard and the rest of the neck so I spread it with a wedge and crazy glued it then stuck it in the vice for a few minutes . now that it is on the bass it is pretty good and plays pretty good. if it holds up it will serve its purpose of letting me find out if I like fretless before any real money.

Did you buy it new or used. MightyMite necks have been very solid in my experience with them. If you bought it new, why didn't you just send it back for a replacement?
