CRAZY SALE - Epi Elitist EB-3 Was $999 - Now $699.99 !!!

  1. For those that might be interested, Musiciansfriend is blowing out the Epiphone Elitist EB-3s for $699.99 !!!

Cherry color only - the ebony ones are still $999.

I'd say $300 off on a new instrument is a very good deal. ;)

Just thought I'd pass it on.

    Good luck.

No wonder it's so cheap, it's only got 2 frets! :D

2 frets and they both buzz.
  6. Dots. BAH.
  7. No.

I never liked the short scale, plus I just bought a bass last month.

Also, you can only get it in cherry for 699. And everyone knows tha Ebony is alot cooler
  9. I actually like the vintage look of the cherry better.

Be careful, I looked into one of these a few months ago but refrained as there are some bad reviews out there.
  10. A friend of mine showed up at the bar where I was playing last weekend with one. He got up for half a set and sounded great. It helps that he's quite the monster player, but he loves this "little" bass and it sounded wonderful. If I'd be the kind of guy to play more than once bass, I would definitely add one to my collection.

When I see somrthing like this, I ask why the sale?
I believe MF is discounting this bass , the Elitist EB-3.
Because the new Gibson Reissue EB-3, is simply a much better bass, at $1049.00.
Read the reviews, the Elitist has a lot of proiblems.
There a reason they are discontiuned?
