creating your own pickups

    I was wondering if anyone had any experience in making / winding your own pickups from scratch, I would like to try and if anyone has any info or how-to's I would appreciate :D ty

    I just did a quick web search and that looked like the best of them. I'd try MIMF first, they're all about building instruments from scratch. You might also try Stewart McDonald Guitar Shop Supply

    The Ampage BBS at www.firebottle.com has a forum on DIY pickup making. The guy from SK Guitars (one of the links above, I think) posts there regularly.
