Crybaby Wah..

    There's a gent in my area selling a pedalboard and two pedals for a steal. One of which is the original CryBaby wah. Do you guys think it'd sound decent? It looks to be a guitar model, not bass, which is why I'm skeptical

    IMO I'd buy it, give it a go - if it doesn't work for you, sell it on Fleabay or a.n.other forum.

    If you can get it for cheap...buy it anyway. Flip it on ebay for a profit or keep it and become a rockstar.:bassist:If you know how, the dif between a guitar and bass pedal is usually one or two components that makes the usable frequency range applicable for the instrument. Make it a bass unit.

    My friend had an old one (no idea how old though) that did not work with my bass. The sweep just did nothing. But guitar plays fine through my bass Crybaby and a newer/different guitar model may work fine. I doubt it'd have the proper sweep range though.
