    How thin is a Carl Thompson bass?

  3. I would think, since each CT is custom-made for you, that you may suggest your desired thickness to Carl when you contact him.
     
  4. I think all the no-frills are about the same, the fancier customs may vary a bit.

    Typically they are 1 1/4" thick but sometimes they are a little thinner.

    ever see the show "ally mcbeal"?

    ...that's about how thin a CT is. REAL thin. but very toned and due to the excessive exercise they endure.
