I'm re-listing the bass from this thread:
    http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f126/custom-bee-bass-back-sale-894985/

I had the scratches filled in to fit the body, then had the body sanded and finished with a clear nitro finish. (Work was done by Dennis Blansit in Georgetown, TX.) It is still light, but now won't scratch as easily. Also, and this is my opinion, the nitro helps bring the original finish to the surface. While taking photos, the body would change shades depending on the angle.
There is one scratch that is still somewhat present underneath, albeit one you would have to search for. Other than that, this bass is shiny, clean and set up low with fresh strings. (Boomers .40-.95)
Maple Neck w/ Pau Ferro Fretboard
1.5" at the zero fret, 2.25" at the bridge
The radius is different than a jazz neck, this fretboard is flatter. My stew mac fb rulers look closest at 12".
    Hipshot Ultra light tuners/Hipshot Bridge
18v Bee Preamp with Volume/Treble/Mid/Bass. There is a tap for the Delano Xtender Pickup to run in single mode/series/parallel.
I sent an email to Fred about the bass, but forgot to confirm the exact body wood. Extremely light and sounds wonderful. There is a nice evenness between registers.

    004-1.
    BeeBody2.
    BeeFull.

I'm setting the trade value at $1100. I'm interested in trading for a 4 string fretless.
I've had a couple interesting offers so far; please let me know what you have or if you have any questions about the bass.

How long is the scale on that 28-fret neck?

I look thru the post but did'nt find answers to these questions:
    How wide is the nut?
Can you please provide a full body shot including the head?
Would you consider partial trade for a Carvin SB4001? I'd add cash.
    Thanks,
    Doug

This thing keeps catching my eye. Any interest in a Hanewinkel?
