That's a cool bass !! I've never seen a bolt on single cut. Why is there distortion ? Are you using a pedal, or is the signal just too hot ? I bet that bass sounds great with a band. GLWTS.
Yeah I think the pickups might of been too hot for the input on my Interface. I must have forgot to turn down the gain on the inputs. This bass was inspired by some of the basses i've played in my life. It has similarities to a Fodera, Stingray, Jazz bass, and even some Pbass/Tele aesthetics. It sounds very warm and woody almost like a 50s tele bass with flats, but at the same time can cut through in a rock situation with help of that stingray pickup!
