custom j-bass

    any experts out there got any recommendation on who makes the nicest custom j-bass :meh:

    Welcome to TB. I see this is your first post.

    Can you give a little more info. eg. Budget where you live etc.

    There are a lot of very good builders out there but more info will allow us to help you more.

    You can also try the search facility which will bring up some threads of a similar nature to yours

    I'm not a fan of Fender style basses at all, but if I was I'd get a Sadowsky or one of Nino's.

    Those are some damned fine looking instruments, all of them.

  5. Then there's the truly custom J-inspired bass. Hmmm....Mark Eshenbaugh comes to mind :smug:

    Mark makes a bass that's quite a departure from the Fender Jazz; a modern take on a classic.
