What a beautiful bass, built by the master. If it were a 4 I’d be grabbing it. GLWTS!

Also, my bathroom scale says its 9.5 lbs, but to me it feels lighter - maybe because of the phenominal balance....

Thanks Rob for both of your replies. I'm not sure if I want to take on another 35" scale bass after selling all of the 35s that I had. Besides, I fear that 9.5 lbs would be at least a pound too heavy for me, and combined with the 35" scale length it would probably prove to be just a bit too uncomfortable for me to play for very long.
