Here is a very nice precision, Fender mim neck, frets level! A nice Alder Body that I finished in a thin clear coat. Tort. pick guard, Fender Custom Shop pickup and heavy bridge saddles. It sounds nice and open like an "old P" plays really well, and won't break the bank. I have it strung with Fender Flats the gig bag is brand new! I left the finish thin and did not sand and buff completely, It will wear in better that way if you want to sand with 800 and buff, it will shine. It is gloss but the wood is so nice you can relic it slightly or buff it out.
I never really thought about to be honest it is lighter than stock though. I could see if it were a sixer Smith or something but it's just a precision. I just play umm but don't care to weigh umm lol. If you are really serious I can put it on the bathroom scale. Be right back,,Ok 8.6 lbs,, now,, do you want it?
It wasn't me that made you weigh it, that was rastikis. I'm just mourning because I have bad GAS for this and I can't buy it because I JUST bought a new bass.
Very nice! I got myself a road worn jazz and I like it a lot. it has a different feel to it than my American Deluxe or the Lakland. the finish is thin ! it inspired me to do the p bass with the thin finish and it does make a difference you can feel the body vibrate with the stings more. If you get the chance to get a rw do it,,,well, Night !!
The nut with is You are more than welcome. I will tell you this it is as good as the American if not better. The finish is thin so it really resonates.
Hi the nut with is 1.65" so it is a little smaller than 1 3/4 like a G&L no 10 neck "cumfy" and it is a 9.5 radius I also filed the fret ends so they are all smooth on the hand other than that there is no high frets. Fender quality is better that it was in the80s-90s and early 00s.
Do you mean Fender MIM neck? If not, what do you mean by mm neck? MM usually means Marcus Miller. Thanks, Gerry
Well, mm is often used for Mighty Mite or Marcus Miller. Mexico is usually written as MIM. I am sure most people figured it was Mexico but I wasn't sure.
The neck is a 2013/14 the body I finished a few months ago. I will move on the price...ttl Well it is sold
