    Selling my custom parts bass.

    Neck was made by luthier Michael Dolan and the neck carve is based on a Peavey B-Quad 5 (very thin and fast).

    The body is from a G. Gould GGJ5 bass.

    Specs are as follows:

    * 35" scale
    * Alder body with Figured Maple Top
    * Two-tone sunburst finish
    * 9.16 pounds (4155g) on my postal scale
    * Four-piece maple neck with ebony stringers
    * Rosewood fretboard
    * Graphite nut
    * 1 3/4" at the nut
    * 3" at the 24th fret
    * Chrome Gotoh GB7 tuners
    * EMG 40CS dual coil pickups
    * EMG BQC System active electronics/preamp (volume/blend/stacked bass-treble/stacked mids). 9V.
    * Schaller fully adjustable brass chrome bridge (currently set up at 17.5mm)
    * Chrome Dunlop straploks
    * Currently strung with DR Sunbeams

    Will ship in a hard case. A bit beat up but will do the job during shipping.

    No scratches, nicks, dings, or digs on the back of the neck.

    A few dings and light scratches on the body but doesn't affect tone or playability (body is about 20 years old).

    Full disclosure, there is a small gap on the bass side of the neck joint (business card width). Can be remedied with a business card (go figure... :) ) for a lock-tight joint. Also, the battery compartment is not wired to the preamp (preamp is wired for 9v currently).

    Shipping is free for FedEx ground shipping in the Continental U.S.

    Feel free to ask any questions or for more pix.

    Thanks for looking!
