Custom RIC style 4004L5?

    Does anybody know of a builder who might build a RIC inspired 4004L 5? I found a couple threads of a builder who built a really cool headless RIC style bass, but I think it was for himself only. I also found a Chinabacker 5 online, but it's not too cool - and not cool to buy a total unlicensed clone etc etc.

    Your best bet may be to locate an older four-string 4004 and have Ric5 convert it to a five-banger! Search for Ric5 postings and you'll find photos of his work. Gorgeous!
