D-R Lo Riders

    I'm currently using the ML set with the .100 E-String. I'd like to get a thicker tone out of my E & A strings. Can I accomplish this by moving to the 'heavy' set with the .110 E?

    I don't bend or use vibrato much, so that's not an issue. I'm pretty much a rock bottom pick player, if that helps.

    I'd try a set of 105's first and see how you go. Be prepared to adjust that truss rod with extra tension though...
