    Hello all!
Ive tried these strings once and they were really hard to play on. These strings are ultra bright - super long scale. My bass has a 35" scale and I wanted a bright sounding string. Is there anything similar that will be bright but is easier on the fingers? Thanks alot!!

In the bright department, most all strings will be stainless steel, which will be rough on the fingers.

I use the prism standard scale 45-105's and I love them.

Perhaps trying a lighter gauge of a strings would be better. :)

    getting warmer
DR HiBeams have a smoother feel as far as SS strings go as well as lower tension. However they are a bit mid-shy compared to the Prisms so expect a difference in tone.
