I'm waiting for one to come out that looks like a tool belt. It would be much more macho.;)

  3. The downside is they make your ass look fat.

Daisy basses are the coolest! My vocalist, Jared has a Daisy bass on backorder from music123.com, and I think I'm gonna record our next album at least in part with the Daisy bass. I might upgrade his pickups to a Dimarzio or a Quarter-pound, though.

They're a little too manly for me. I want something to show my feminine side.

  7. Those basses are the ILLEST thang. I want to get one, but funds are tight. And I already want to get a Danelectro, A Musicvox and now this. The greatest Irony for cheap novelty basses is they aren't that affordable for someone who doesn't havea a JOB! Then again...maybe I should try and remedy that.........................nah. I'm still saving up to "hot-rod" by squier (Its a labor of love)

I just take the opportunity of the music123.com outlet. Here is my (and my girl's) new bass :

Daisy Rock, Heartbreaker serie, Red Hot Red :

With the low current price, the current low value of dollars, the shipping and the taxes, it should cost us 310 euros. Not bad, in Europe they are sold more than 450€. Unfoundable (does this word exists ???) used.

I'm really, really excited. I never stopped dreaming of this heart-shaped, heart-coloured bass since I first knew it. I never played it, but if it sounds, it would be really, really great for gigs !!!

I remember the first time I played a Daisy Rock. I was actually really suprised at the quality and sound of the basses. My guitarist and I considering buying matching Daisy Rock guitars and basses just to freak people out when we're on stage

Who needs a Sadowsky when you got one of those? I can see Wooten, Jaco and even Geddy with one of those in their arsenal.

    Yes, I said arsenal (giggle)

Honestly? I think some of those Stardust series instruments look pretty cool. (The Retro-H in "Stormy Blue", for instance.) Then again, my main bass is a Reverend Rumblefish in turquoise, so what do I know?
