I knew it.
It's too dumb.
I now know what I want to do in life. Professional vampire/zombie hunter has a nice ring to it.
I prefer to keep it as a hobby rather than going pro. Having to slay zombies at weddings and bar mitzvahs just to make ends meet sucks all of the fun out of it.
I'm down with that.
I wonder how it pays.
Well, depends on the breed of zombie and vampire.
You have your Romeroic zombies, the shamblers, and the 28 Day Later (not the first, but the most famous) style, which is actually closer akin to a goul than a zombie. But, regardless, that's something to consider.
Same with vampires. There's a lot of room for just what constitutes a vamipre. We talking Anne Rice wankers with too much time and velvet on their hands, or those really badass nigh-unstoppable kind as seen in anime?
I'm more geek than a Star Trek convention. It's just not that "48, still living with my mom, writing Seven of Nine erotic fanfics" kind of geek.
Speaking of...my wife and I just watched Trekkies 2 last night. Not as classic as the first Trekkies but entertaining nonetheless. It was good to see that the mulleted "Gabriel" kid has grown up and become a little less geeky and can laugh at himself. Unofortunately you can't say the same for "the commander." You know...the one that served on the whitewater jury in full Star Trek costume.
I knew all that playing Castlevania had to account for something
castlevania is awesome.
