    When did Damnation Audio Start making pedals of their. They are usually repaints like the 1692 (artec $40 Crazy Metal with 150 paint job) . What was this orginally sold as pre Damnation

    You are definitely mistaking DA for another pedal type/company. The MBD-1 is an original MOSFET bass distortion with an excellent clean blend. You’re thinking of Alter Ego Effects Damnation pedal. Not the same at all...
