I ordered a couple sets of strings from Lakland Direct a couple weeks back. To make a long story short, I ordered stainless and got nickel strings. I saw the error as soon as I opened the package but decided to put one set on anyway as I'd never tried Lakland's nickel strings. Didn't like 'em and took them right back off. I emailed Dan Lakin and told him about the error, that I'd already installed one set of strings, that I knew they were the wrong strings when I installed them and that I'd keep both sets but thought he might wanna know someone screwed up an order. Today I got two 5-string sets of Lakland stainless strings in the mail. That's customer service at it's best.
