    Been using one of these since 2000. They are bullet proof and have not only great compression, but inputs and outputs and options that let you do a lot. I use the XLR out fed directly into my QSC power amp. Board makes my tone.

    Works perfect and saves the cost, space, and weight of a preamp (had an Eden navigator and don't miss it; can get the same sound out of a pedal). Just my experience.
