    SOLD!
Dean Razor 1, dead mint/new condition, gig bag included. Pictured below. These things originally retailed for about $350 as I recall, so the street price was probably about $275, without any kind of case.

How about $190, with the gig bag, SHIPPED/48!

For an extra $35 I'll throw it in an old worn but fully functional and sound fender style hardshell case and load it up with bubble (it's technically too small for that case).

    Here's the data:

    • 24 fret maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and abalone inlays
    • two single-coil J style pickups
    • controls are master volume, blend, and master tone

This thing's got a really fast and easy to play slender neck, the relief is just right, the neck does not have any odd twists or bows, so the action can be set very low. The body is really small and lightweight, with a cutaway on the bottom making it easy to get to all 24 frets.

The tone on the J pickups is suprisingly good! If it weren't for my "issues" with single-coil hum in general, I'd definitely leave these in there. Good output, nice slap tone, great burp from the bridge picukp, and a nice meaty rock tone from the neck pickup.

The only reason I'm selling this is because I took it in on trade and I need the money more than I need another 4 string bass.

wow, that's sleek. Never seen one before... me likey!
So my ruler tells me the body's roughly 10.75" wide, that about right?

    Darn close... 11"

It plays and sounds really great, hangs great on a strap, and weighs only 6.8 pounds!!!

    Two questions:

    1. Any idea what the body is made of?
    2. Active or passive?

    Thanks!

Nope. Most likely something like alder or basswood. It's passive.
