    When I told my son about Jimmy's gift he said "D" really deserves it. I asked him if he would not mind giving up the portable practice amp he was getting for Christmas. The kid did not even blink and gave willingly. My teenage daughter was moved to tears. Teenagers surprise you sometimes.

    Very Cool. You should post some pics of your son playing it as a tribute to the donor.

    I'm taking DeAngelo to bass lessons along with my son. I'll ask permission to get a photo of them playing together.

    ...my son plays a Les Paul (cause it's cool) and won't be seen with a P Bass :)
