I’ve only played one Suhr bass and it was amazing but their guitars are absolutely the best. Really wish they would make more bass stuff because, in my opinion, they’re the best guitar maker on the planet.
Good luck finding a finer passive Jazz bass outside the Suhr Js. These have been under the radar for too long.
I would jump on this if I didn’t already have one. The best playing and sounding bass I’ve ever owned. This is a great price. GLWS!
I love my Suhr strat, and have wanted one of John's basses for a while. If we didn't have a kid in college, this thing would be mine faster than you can say 'sunburst'. GLWTS!
Merry Christmas Johnny21! I'm more than very interested. Can we talk?............... Any flexibility at all? I'm on LI just past JFK. Depending on where in NNJ you are I'd consider picking it up if that helps and is agreeable to you in these crazy times. Just a couple more questions. I use very light gauge Thomastik RWs. Is there enough adjustment in the truss rod to handle the resulting reverse bow? Also.....not essential but....any sound clips? Sorry for the 3rd degree. Thanks! - yanaki (Greek for little Johnny)
I am including 2 additional pickguards as well. A black and parchment PG: Currently sporting the black PG because I think it looks the best. See attached:
Urgh... Every time additional pictures are posted I die a little more inside. This thing is juuuuuuust right in so many ways.
