Ok well I am guessing it stands for Delta Compression so . What does that mean? My Fender Bass-80 Amp has a button on it that says Delta Comp, doesnt seem to do much at lower volumes and I am pretty much prohibited from testing it over 5 on the volume due to anal neighbors at home and even more anal band mates at practice haha. So if somebody could clue me in I would much appreciate it.
"DeltaComp" is just Fenders limiter. There was one on my old BXR 200 combo. It just limits your amp once you start clipping. You won't hear it unless you open up your amp, and by that, I mean crank it!
I have very rarely tuned up my AMP past 5(usually practice at 2-3) because of the acoustics in our practice studio makes the metal warehouse doors shake. Plus like I said my band mate is a bit anal about playing loud. On the few times I did I could see the indicator light go on when I really cranked it . Thanks for the info.
