    Hello!
Recently, I was watching a live video of our band and I have bad posture when playing bass. I hunch over, round my upper back and arch my lower back.
Do you have exersises to improve playing posture?
    Thanks!

    - Foot work. Your feet /legs must be firm and balancing your body +bass weight . Been unbalanced force your posture.
Try to bend your knees and feel the difference.

    - Try to look in front of you or your fretting hand, not to your picking hand or your shoes. Whenever your head goes , body follows.
