    The Helios sounds good- sort of a Muffish distortion. The War Horse sure has some nasty sounds in it; not nasty as in bad, but nasty as in....nasty.

    devi may call it the "muff killer", but i owned a hype, and many muffs, and would like to declare shenanigans. kidding aside, i didn't dig it.....i do dig muffs, almost all varieties to some degree.

    I don't really think so either, but I was quoting the Lady. A different flavor than my muffs, but I still really dig my Hypes.

    60's MIJ slab tele bass upgraded with a musicmaster bridge, string-through, and Dimarzio Model One humbucker.
