    I love this bass, but I am raising funds for a new build with Devon.

    The fiesta red alder body came from Allparts, as did the ebony fingerboard on maple neck. But the rest is all Devon :) The frets, rounded edges, and perfection in wiring is superb. Totally custom work that makes this bass more than an Allparts bass, but not quite an exotic Devon bass.

    Includes:
    Bartolini B-axis jazz pickups (quiet, punchy, classic)
    Hipshot clover tuners with extended stems
    Hipshot vintage bridge
    Dunlop Straplok buttons
    Passive Volume-Blend-Tone wiring
    +almost new ProTec Contego bag (used twice)

    what's she weight? is the wiring classic vvt or vbt?

    It is VBT — works great with very little volume difference between pickups.

    The weight is in the very low 9’s. The bass is effortless to hold and balances great.

    Yep, volume - blend - tone. Just my personal preference on gigs.

    It a little under 1.5" -- Devon rounds the edges (even on an Allparts neck), so it's a little less than 1.5" -- super comfortable to play.
