DI box for passive bass

    Everyone,

    Is there any good DI box for my passive bass ?

    I gonna record my stuff into PC,

    Any other gear I need to buy ?

    Radial makes a good one. So does Aguilar and Sadowsky. For other gear, a good compressor/limiter is important.

    I get a great direct tone for recording with my SansAmp BDDI.

    Definitely try the SansAmp Bass Driver DI.

    sansamp not only for active bass ?

    If it also great for passive, I know what I need to take...:D

    It's awesome for passive bases, Hec that's all I use is passive electronics except for my MusicMan.

    It works for most any bass. Just an overall nice thing to have, both for live PA sound and for recording. Go try one! :)

    I bought my sansamp to try and develop and shape the tone of my steinberger a few years back. it works great with any bass..

    The ART Tube MP makes for a great DI. Bass sounds good through it. Less than $100. Check it out.

    I've used a Tube MP too. It really does sound good.
