    what do u guys think?

  2. Well - i have a preamp and poweramp setup - just no EQ in between, but i leave that to my preamp and eq pedal.

As far as the poweramp and the cab - the cab is 8ohms - can the poweramp be mono-bridged @ 8 ohms? If it can't, you'll be only running that cab through 8 ohms on one side - and that means you'll only have 240w of available power. :( :scowl: :rollno: :bawl:
I'd make real sure you'll be able to drive that quaddy there mate!

Also - is that pre-amp specifically made to be able to drive bass?
Make sure the EQ settings go low enough (into the 30-40Hz range, or close)
If at all possible - check them out - see if they sound OK.

    Good Luck
    smo
