I think the one on top is the old model.

I have the dual. I love it. I use a fuzz in front and after it now (one at a time). Two very different sounds.

I've used both and went back to the old blue model. It hasn't been made since around 2002-2003 IIRC and is a simple, one mode wah with only a level control. Love it or hate it, take it or leave it type deal. I love the straight sound. On the other hand, the Dual Bass wah has a few parameters to adjust and two modes. Neither of which did it for me.

Also, unlike the Dunlop Crybaby, the Morley can be used as a wheel block when one is working on a car.
